Alright guys, I've done a lot of work the past few days with PTEI2.5. The largest portion of what I've done is double the amount of weapons in the game.
Now, Colt can fight with a Desert Eagle, MP5, P90, UZI, MAC-10 x2, AK-47 and the Panzerfaust.
Now, all the weapons are currently fully playable. New sound effects and a few new animations have been added as well. The game has never sounded more awesome, especially with a large subwoofer like I have.
The prices of the weapons have been reconfigured, and the game itself will be more challenging to obtain a better weapon as you progress. Also, I don't consider the new levels bonuses anymore. It is like a new game entirely. Also, since the platform is RM2K3, I'm thinking of adding some numerical commands (using the keys 1, 2, 3 ect) for some extra colt specials, stay tuned for those. In the mean time, check out this badass video.
P.S. Don't ask how long it took to code the panzerfaust system.

No Caution, after all, I DID design the original menus and systems, so I kind of know how I exactly how the code works.
Like I said, if you need any help with understanding code, let me know!
If you think that is cool, wait till you see what I have planned next.

Sorry about that :P, but seriously... that Panzerfaust is completely awesome! The way it shoots is ingenius. I never expected this... Damnit everytime you show more of PTEi2.5 the more and more I want to play it.
This is of course awesome! Was there anything hard in making panzerfaust? All I see was checking if there are living enemies close to hero, changing targets and firing :P
By the way, I want You to know one thing. I have played PTEI2 and the thing that made me nuts was when I died at end of level and I had to watch these boring (boring when watched second time of course :P ) movies from again! Please made some skip movie feature or something... Reply so I will know you have read it :P

Well we do read the comments, we're alwasy curious to know what people have to say.
A movie skip function could be usefull, what I do know for sure is that PTEI2.5 has extra checkpoints during levels. So you won't need to restart from the beginning ever again. Instead of all the "boring" movies, you might just have to see one.
Panzerfaust is a nice piece of shit. I'm interesed how to make rotating rockets.I have some idea about pokemon evil inside 2.5: Place the little shops with ammo for the levels. Make guns endless. This will be like counter life mod for half-life( I think the best way to increase playability).Give an option to break the cut-scenes and change a music for hard and funny tracks like contra force music, mdk 2 music.Mgs tracks is too "sad" style for your very fast and hardcore game.If you want i can change music in your new project PTEI2.5 Send it on my mail-box.
There is one more thing. Sound of the crushed pokemons "YYYaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" is to long.I think the ff7 crush-sound will be much better because is not a voice but great damage-sound. I'd like your game because i hate pokemons. PTEI forever !
But yeah, it took a good few solid hours of RM2K3ing to get it to work properlly. I ran into a lot of bugs along the way. At one point, I thought it was RM2K3 that was causing these bugs, but little to my knowledge, simple variable mistakes lead to it's demise.
But I've tested it along with every other new weapon, and everything works flawlessly. Now ontop the next steps of PTEI2.5! =D
